SHIPPING POLICY

For 'Evora By You' orders; please allow 3-5 business days for our team to Create your ring and get it shipped. We do not ship on weekends or National Holidays

For the rare case we have a repair order being sent to us; please allow 5-7 business days for us to repair & ship your ring back.

WARRANTY

At Evora, we offer a limited 30 day warranty if your item arrives with any manufactured defects. If your item does fall within those parameters, please contact us and we will evaluate whether it warrants a repair. This does not include damage caused after you have received your product - such as cracked stones due to drops.

We do not provide free resizing services. Rings are always sent out / made according to the size ordered. It is a complex and costly process to resize a finished ring - therefore resizes start at $14.99 up to $29.99.

RETURN POLICY

We offer a 14 day return policy for a full refund or store credit if your item was received with manufactured defects, wrong parts added to your item or was mislabeled. Other than these, we do not accept returns since 'Evora By You' orders are 100% custom and made to order.

Returns will not be accepted for; wrong size / fit, change of mind, or 

BOOKING POLICY

If you need to reschedule a Studio Session, you may do so for free up to 48 hrs before your Session - if reschdules are needed within that window, we do charge $5 / person to reschedule. If for any reason you need to cancel your Studio Session, we can refund up to $10/person if your Session is within 72 hours. If it is beyond that, we can offer a full refund.
