2 Year Warranty

We want to make certain you have a fully functioning watch and our goal is to help you as our VALUED customer - you are our TOP priority. But in order to keep customers from taking advantage of our policy;

If anything is defective on your watch - we will replace it FOR FREE within 2 years of purchase

This does NOT include normal wear and tear, any damage that has occurred due to use or tampering of the watch.

If 6 months have passed since your original purchase and your product does fall under the warranty parameters - we will still fix or replace your watch FOR FREE - we just ask that you pay the shipping cost of the replacement that needs to be sent to you (typically $3-$5)

Each instance or request is subject to judgement by our support team. If they conclude that the damage is not a defect, but rather caused by the user or due to normal wear and tear - the warranty is voided.
