Our Promise

We design our products to be durable and last. Every EVORA product should arrive fully functional and ready to be used as intended. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it right.

Our goal is to ensure your EVORA products are working as intended.. we'll take care of you

 


First 30 Days

If your product has a manufacturing defect within 30 days of delivery and is in like-new condition, we’ll replace it and cover shipping.

 


After 30 Days

If an issue arises after 30 days, we’ll review it case by case. Depending on the situation, we may:

  • Replace the entire product
  • Repair or replace a component
  • Cover or split product cost and / or shipping
  • Offer store credit
  • Provide a discounted replacement

Our goal is always to reach a fair solution - as well as ensure your EVORA products are working as they were designed so you can use them as intended

 


What’s Not Covered

This guarantee does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accidental damage
  • Damage caused by misuse, modifications, or tampering
  • Water damage due to wear and tear (eg; damaged button from use - allowing water to creep in)

All guarantee decisions are made at the discretion of our support team. Proof of purchase may be required.
