Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your Evora products - but if need assistance regarding returns / exchanges; you can find everything you need on this page!
All Items must be returned in their original condition. If Items are returned damaged or other wise in un-original condition; item(s) will be returned to you & an issue will not be refunded.
For pre-designed watches there is a 14 day return / exchange period. Refunds will go to your original payment method.
Custom watches have a 14 day return / exchange window. Refunds to the original payment method will not be offered for custom watches - Returns for custom watches will be issued as store credit.
If you need to reschedule a Studio Session, you may do so for free up to 48 hrs before your Session - if reschedules are needed within that window, we do charge $5 / person to reschedule. If for any reason you need to cancel your Studio Session, we can refund up to $10/person if your Session is within 72 hours. If it is beyond that, we can offer a full refund.

We offer a 14 day return policy for a full refund or store credit if your item was received with manufactured defects, wrong parts added to your item or was mislabeled. Other than these, we do not accept returns since 'Evora X You' orders are 100% custom and made to order.
Returns will not be accepted for; wrong size / fit, change of mind
We do not provide free resizing services. Rings are always sent out / made according to the size ordered. It is a complex and costly process to resize a finished ring - therefore resizes start at $14.99 up to $29.99.
ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Due to the cost of shipping & customs, we do not offer any returns / exchanges for international orders; UNLESS - the order arrived defective. In this case you will follow the steps below & we will offer you an exchange / store credit.
RETURN / EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS

2. Once your return is approved by us, ship your item to the following address: 1440 S Higley Rd Suite 102, Gilbert, AZ 85296
3. Your return will be processed within 3-5 business days of being delivered
NOTE: You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Also, If you ship your item to us in original condition & we receive it damaged due to improper packaging; the item will be returned to you & no refund will be issued.
