Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your EVORA products - but if need assistance regarding returns / exchanges; you can find everything you need on this page!
All Items must be returned in their original condition. If Items are returned damaged or other wise in un-original condition; item(s) will be returned to you & an issue will not be refunded.
For pre-designed watches / kits there is a 14 day return / exchange period. Refunds will go to your original payment method. Shipping cost ($3-$6) will be deducted from your refund amount.
Custom watches have a 14 day return / exchange window. Refunds to the original payment method will not be offered for custom watches - Returns for custom watches will be issued as store credit.
ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Due to the cost of shipping & customs, we do not offer any returns / exchanges for international orders; UNLESS - the order arrived defective. In this case you will follow the steps below & we will offer you an exchange / store credit.
RETURN / EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS

2. Once your return is approved by us, ship your item to the following address: 610 N Gilbert, Rd Suite 311, Gilbert, AZ 85234
3. Your return will be processed within 3-5 business days of being delivered
NOTE: You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Also, If you ship your item to us in original condition & we receive it damaged due to improper packaging; the item will be returned to you & no refund will be issued.
