We hope you love your EVORA products - but if you need assistance regarding Returns / Exchanges; you can find everything you need on this page!
All Items must be returned in their original condition. If Items are returned damaged or otherwise in un-original condition; item(s) will be returned to you & an issue will not be refunded.
RETURN POLICIES
FULL WATCHES / WATCH PARTS & BANDS
We have a 14 day return period from the time your order is delivered. Refunds will go to your original payment method. Shipping cost ($3-$6) will be deducted from your refund amount. If an item is received back to us in damaged condition - we will have to send the product back to you and have you pay for shipping.
EXCHANGE POLICIES
FULL WATCHES
We have a 14 day exchange period from the time your order is delivered. If you wish to exchange, we will cover the shipping back to you, but you must ship the item undamaged and in original condition to us. Exchanges apply to orders $50 and above. See instructions below:
WATCH PARTS & BANDS
We have a 14 day exchange period from the time your order is delivered. Parts and bands are small / light enough to ship in a normal envelope with a postage stamp in the top right corner. Once we have approved your exchange, you can ship your parts to us in original condition. Once we receive them, we will ship your desired item back to you. Be aware; There is no tracking available with Parts or Bands since it will be shipped in a letter type envelope.
ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Due to the cost of shipping & customs, we do not offer any returns / exchanges for international orders; UNLESS - the order arrived defective. In this case you will follow the steps below & we will offer you an exchange / store credit.
RETURN / EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS

2. Once your return is approved by us, ship your item to the following address: 610 N Gilbert, Rd Suite 311, Gilbert, AZ 85234
3. Your return will be processed within 3-5 business days of being delivered
NOTE: You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Also, If you ship your item to us in original condition & we receive it damaged due to improper packaging; the item will be returned to you & no refund will be issued.
