We hope you love your EVORA products - but if you need assistance with Returns / Exchanges; you can find everything you need on this page!

We want returns and exchanges to be simple, fair, and easy to understand.

Please read the details below before starting a return.


 

Return Window

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in original, unworn, and unused condition, with all original packaging included.
Very light try-on is okay, but products must be fully resellable.

Items returned worn, damaged, altered, or incomplete may not be eligible for a refund.



 

Return Shipping & Exchanges

We cover the cost of one return OR one exchange per order, including:

  • The return shipping label, and
  • Shipping the replacement item back to you

If additional exchanges are requested beyond the first exchange on the same order, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.



 

International Orders

At this time, all international sales are final.

If you experience a true manufacturing defect with an international order, please refer to our Product Guarantee for next steps.



 

Final Sale Items

Items explicitly marked Final Sale are not eligible for refunds.

Final sale items may be eligible for exchange or store credit, depending on availability and condition.



 

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, unless:

  • Store credit is selected, or
  • The item is final sale

Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.

In certain situations, store credit may be issued instead of a refund.



 

How to Start a Return or Exchange

All returns and exchanges must be initiated through our Return Portal.

Requests submitted via email will be redirected to the portal.



 

Additional Notes
  • Proof of purchase may be required
  • All returns are subject to inspection upon arrival
  • EVORA reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements
