Shipping Policy
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 12–72 hours after order, excluding weekends and holidays.
During periods of high demand, processing times may be longer.
Shipping Estimates
Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Once an order has been shipped, delivery timing is determined by the carrier. Shipping costs are not refundable due to carrier delays or missed delivery estimates.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
Carrier Issues & Delays
Once a package has been handed off to the carrier, EVORA is not responsible for delays caused by:
- The carrier
- Weather
- Holidays
- Service disruptions or other circumstances outside our control
Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows an order as delivered but it has not been received, customers must contact the carrier directly to initiate a claim.
EVORA is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
International Shipping
International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, or customs fees determined by the destination country.
EVORA is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or for any additional fees incurred.
